01What the service is

AskBorsa shows summaries of the published financial statements of companies listed on the Egyptian Exchange, links to the official reports, AI-generated answers about those figures, and alerts when new statements are published.

02Not investment advice

Everything on the site is for information only. We do not give financial advice or buy/sell recommendations and we are not a licensed investment adviser. Investment decisions are yours alone; check the original report and consult a licensed professional before acting.

03Data accuracy

Figures are extracted from published statements after normalising reporting units across periods. Extraction errors and update delays can occur, and AI-generated answers can contain mistakes. The authoritative figure is the one in the official report linked on each page.

04Your account

• Register with a valid email or Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Individual plans are for personal, non-commercial use.
• You can delete your account at any time from settings or by contacting us.

05Acceptable use

• No automated collection (scraping) of the site's data, and no resale or republication as a service.
• No attempts to bypass plan limits or access other accounts.
• No use of the service for any unlawful purpose.

06Plans and payment

• The free plan needs no card. Paid plans renew automatically monthly or yearly until cancelled.
• Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include applicable taxes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
• Cancel at any time; plan benefits continue to the end of the paid period. Full refund if requested within 7 days of a first subscription.

07Intellectual property

Financial reports belong to the publishing companies. The site design, summaries and code belong to AskBorsa. You may share page links and screenshots freely with attribution.

08Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on the site's content.

09Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt; the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
